Late Arrivals
To ensure a seamless experience for both our valued clients and dedicated staff, we kindly request punctuality for all appointments. Your timely arrival allows us to maintain the high standard of service you deserve.
In the event of tardiness, we operate on the following policy:
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 fee.
- Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their original appointment and will be promptly rescheduled.

Late cancellations

To ensure fairness and uphold our commitment to all our clients, we have implemented a no-show policy:
- Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without proper cancellation will result in a fee of 25% of your booked service(s).
- Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your service(s) will be required for future bookings.
Repeated instances of no-shows are taken seriously:
- If you no-show for two appointments, your access to our studio for services will be terminated, and immediate payment of the incurred service fees will be required.

Please notify us during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been completed. We are dedicated to our clients' happiness and will promptly address any concerns or issues that arise within this timeframe.
Should there be an irreversible error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund. We are committed to ensuring that every client leaves our studio feeling confident and delighted with their tan.
